Andrew Lawson

Mr. Lawson is the Co – Founder and Head of Operations of AS Equity Partners. As one of the co-founders and a member of the Investment Committee, he is responsible for developing and pursuing strategic initiatives, originating and qualifying investment opportunities. As the Head of Operations, he manages the internal and third party operating resources and implements operational best practices.

Prior to AS Equity Partners, Mr. Lawson was the VP of Operations at Marlin Equity Partners, a global Private Equity firm.
Before that he has extensive experience running Technology companies as a CEO/MD
Mr. Lawson brings deep expertise as an Operating Partner working collaboratively with portfolio company management teams across pre-acquisition diligence, monitoring, value creation, and exit.
