Karen Gaydon

Ms. Gaydon joined AS Equity Partners as an Operating Partner. She is responsible for working collaboratively with portfolio management teams to ensure the strongest leaders, talent processes and structures are in place to drive value, produce best-in-class performance and accelerate revenue growth.

Ms. Gaydon has held a variety of Chief People Officer, Senior Leadership and Board roles both in the U.K. and in Silicon Valley, California. She has deep experience in leading a Human Resources function and partnering with CEOs to develop strategic and operational plans that solve critical business challenges and deliver results.
