Rafael Agudo

Mr. Agudo joined AS Equity Partners in 2022. Prior to joining AS Equity Partners, Mr. Agudo held a number of leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group, most recently as Managing Director and Partner, where headed the Private Investors and Private Equity practice for Iberia. He has also led the BCG’s Transformation practice in Iberia and South America.
During his tenure with BCG, Mr. Agudo provided leadership for European and Latin American markets in the areas of energy, infrastructure, industrial goods, consumer products and business services. He supported clients (sponsors and portfolio companies) on strategy, corporate development, due-diligence, transactions and value creation & transformation programs.
